it will freeze if it gets cold enough. it says cooling water so it wont boil, it wont condense, and water can’t melt.

Answer:

It will freeze.

Step-by-step explanation:

What happens when you put bottle of water in freezer? It freezes and turns into ice right? Why? Because we take away the heat from the liquid water and this changes it from liquid to ice (solid). Thus, cooling water = making ice (freezing)
