-3x - 4y = 2
3x + 3y = -3
The 3x and -3x cancel out so u'll be left with...
-4y = 2
3y = -3 subtract
-------------
-y = -1 or
y = 1

To get x, u have to plug in y to either equation....
3x + 3(1) = -3
3x + 3 = -3 subtract 3 from both sides
3x = -6 divide 3 from both sides
--------------
x = -2

If I did this correctly, your answer should be (-2, 1)
