y=2x-11
Explanation:
-1=2(5)+b
-1=10+b
-11=b

Format: y = mx + b
y = 2x + b
Plug in the point
-1 = 2(5) + b
-1 = 10 + b, b = -11
Answer: y = 2x - 11
