Is the equation x = 9 a linear equation? Does it describe a linear function? Explain.​

X=9 is considered a vertical line it is not a linear function because there is no y intercept or slope that is defined

No.

x = 9 isn't classified as a function at all. When you graph x instead of y. You will get a vertical line which isn't even a function.
