Graph the equation using slope-intercept form.

y=3/4x-1

where would i place the dot in the graph ?

So one dot you could make is at -1 on the y axis because your y intercept (the -1 in y=3/4x-1). Another dot you could make if you follow the slope is a point up three and over 4 (slope is rise over run).
