Point slope form: y-y1 = m(x-x1)
Find slope: (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(1-5)/(9+3) = -4/12 = -1/3
Point slope equation: y+5 = -1/3(x+3)
Slope intercept: y = -1/3x - 1 + 5
Final slope int equation: y = -1/3x + 4
