Second is exponents but there are none so we can skip that step

Third is multiplication and Division which there is -16 and 9.

Multiply -16 and 9:

-144

Now the equation looks like this:

3+2-144

Since we have no other than addition and subtraction I would just solve

3+2 is 5

5-144 is
